Salary: $24.53–$36.79 per hour (approx. $4,250–$6,375/month)

What you will do

• Monitor and inspect hospital registration performance to identify and remediate revenue cycle issues.
• Conduct facility analysis of denials and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical departments, Patient Business Services, and Payer Strategies to drive denial resolution.
• Synthesize operational data to illustrate trends and support leadership decision-making.
• Develop educational materials and ensure adherence to regulatory and payer requirements.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of revenue cycle experience (billing, coding, or collections).
• High school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and governmental programs (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care).
• Ability to analyze data and create graphical presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certification from AAPC, AHIMA, HFMA, AAHAM, or NAHAM.
• 3 years of non-acute care revenue cycle experience for Physician Billing Denials Prevention.
• Working knowledge of denials-related software technology.
