What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor business performance through analysis of financial results and KPIs.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Senior Management Team to support profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations on investments and capital expenditure.
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure strong financial governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) required.
• Extensive experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Experience in developing robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
