What you will do

• Lead the global R&D tax credit program and innovation incentive initiatives.
• Develop and execute annual filing strategies and compliance plans across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Operations to identify qualifying R&D activities and maximize claims.
• Manage external tax advisors, consultants, and government audit requests.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
• Drive cross-functional business transformation projects involving analytics and process automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, or finance.
• Proven experience managing complex global programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, MST, PMP, or PhD qualification.
• Experience with Power BI and business intelligence platforms.
• Background in life sciences, CRO, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with international innovation funding mechanisms.
