What you will do

• Build and optimize full user funnels including onboarding, activation, and retention loops.
• Analyze user behavior to identify bottlenecks and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase.
• Perform cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting to drive business strategy.
• Monitor key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within web marketing or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Experience with cohort analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to visualize data and create dashboards using BI tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketing attribution models.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Ability to develop predictive models for marketing investments.
