Location: Must permanently reside in the United States. Hybrid model applies only to those in the greater San Francisco Bay Area (3 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing metrics and reporting dashboards to enable self-service for stakeholders.
• Design measurement approaches for campaigns, including KPI definition and instrumentation.
• Partner on experiment design, including A/B testing, power analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Maintain attribution models across mobile (SKAN) and web platforms.
• Analyze lifecycle metrics such as trial-to-paid conversion, churn, and engagement.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms like Amplitude.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, attribution).
• Proven track record in experimentation, causal inference, and holdout design.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile attribution (SKAN) and media mix modeling tools like Recast.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Braze.
• Background in subscription, consumer apps, or digital health.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing and partnership analytics.
