What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and evaluate returned automotive parts.
• Conduct Level 1 failure analysis and technical testing.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and drive corrective action activities.
• Monitor warranty metrics and maintain comprehensive records.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Hands-on experience in testing or evaluating technical components.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with vehicle OEM warranty systems (e.g., GM, Ford, Stellantis).
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality standards.
