Associate Client Manager (Insights)

Location: Hybrid — requires onsite presence in Chicago, IL three days per week

Salary: $69,800 - $84,000 yearly

What you will do

• Utilize proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve complex client business questions.
• Translate raw data into compelling stories with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to optimize the customer experience.
• Identify and drive new revenue opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis and tool proficiency.
• Manage the client briefing process and lead Thought Leadership projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry, category management, or market research.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to build data-driven narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience with NIQ solutions (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.).
• Master's degree.
