What you will do

• Build creative systems, templates, and AI workflows for high-velocity ad production.
• Develop static imagery and videos using generative media platforms, including ElevenCreative.
• Launch and manage creative testing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Design analytical frameworks to identify winning patterns using performance data.
• Research creative trends and map competitor strategies to generate testing hypotheses.
• Partner with Performance Marketing and Growth Analytics to rapidly iterate and scale campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, or growth marketing.
• Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation.
• Experience creating high-performing ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and modern AI creative tools.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user psychology, and data-driven optimization.
• Preference for candidates in US-East or Europe timezones.
