What you will do

• Manage the full creative development process from research and concept creation to production feedback and iteration.
• Translate customer insights, product benefits, and beauty trends into compelling creative angles for the target audience.
• Write persuasive hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs specifically designed for paid social, primarily Meta.
• Create detailed briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators, outlining the message and visual structure.
• Analyze performance at the concept, angle, and hook level to identify successful patterns and areas for improvement.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and scripting processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or copywriting.
• Ability to balance creative instincts with commercial metrics, specifically CPA and ROAS.
• Strong skill in transforming complex product benefits and customer insights into clear, persuasive creative.
• Fluent English proficiency with a high standard of writing and communication.
• Proven ability to take ownership of priorities and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
