What you will do

• Develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and storylines for video and image ads.
• Research competitors and customer psychology to uncover winning creative opportunities.
• Manage a team of three video editors and one image designer.
• Collaborate with media buyers and the growth team to test and iterate creatives based on data.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end creative production pipeline to deliver world-class assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing high-performing ad creatives for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Ability to take an idea from initial concept to a polished final asset.
• Experience in UGC and creator management, including sourcing and briefing.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication in a fully remote team.
