What you will do

• Process invoices and supplier credit notes into computerized accounting systems.
• Administer the purchase ledger and manage supplier relationships to resolve issues.
• Execute bi-monthly payment runs to ensure timely settlements.
• Generate and annotate aged creditor reports and cost center breakdowns for month-end.
• Perform VAT compliance checks and manage the prepayments schedule and journal.

Requirements

• Must be based in Basildon, UK and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• AAT qualification or currently studying towards AAT.
• Experience with SAP Finance.
