• Manage a varied, high-value Multi Track caseload from initial instruction through to trial.

• Contribute to maintaining best practice standards across the Industrial Disease team.
• Deliver a client-centered service for individuals navigating life-changing occupational illnesses.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a solid track record in industrial disease claims (e.g., NIHL, HAVS, asthma, WRULD).
• Strong experience in Multi Track litigation, including costs, funding, and complex case handling.
• Proven ability to supervise, guide, and develop colleagues in a supportive manner.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to sensitive and challenging situations.
