What you will do

• Review medical and personnel records to prepare detailed case reports.
• Conduct investigations with insured parties and obtain witness statements.
• Instruct Counsel and experts while managing routine correspondence.
• Attend conferences and trials to support legal strategy.
• Ensure strict adherence to court timetables and SRA Code of Conduct.
• Liaise with insurers and insureds to progress claims efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool.
• Technically proficient in handling a varied caseload of disease matters.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet demanding targets and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve complex issues.
