What you will do

• Manage a caseload of Public Liability and Property Damage claims from inception through to settlement.
• Proactively progress claims to achieve efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards.
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience or a law degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
