Product Transformation Manager

What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic projects that balance diverse priorities across global streaming teams.
• Design, embed, and scale new ways of working, best practices, and guiding principles for product and data teams.
• Partner with product and data teams to measure the success of innovations through performance metrics.
• Tackle complex operational challenges using a structured, analytical approach in a matrixed environment.
• Develop compelling executive presentations to influence decision-making and inspire leadership action.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to create shared vision and momentum.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in a digital product environment, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Strong understanding of product development principles, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Track record of turning loosely defined strategic challenges into structured execution plans.
• Experience in creating or significantly improving organizational processes, governance, or decision-making models.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and navigate conflicting priorities without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in global media, entertainment, or DTC industries.
• Ability to interpret customer, product, and commercial data to support decision-making.
• Experience using AI and building agentic workflows to automate tasks and improve processes.
