TL;DR
Junior Data-Business Analyst (Power BI): Supporting client teams in identifying business needs and analyzing processes with an accent on data-driven insights and process automation. Focus on bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams through requirements gathering, documentation, and the creation of reporting dashboards.
Location: Hybrid role in Pryluky, Ukraine (office attendance required at least 3 days a week).

What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using data collection and analysis techniques.
- Develop and update technical documentation, specifications, and process diagrams.
- Analyze current business processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and outcomes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Process Analyst.
- Knowledge of business analysis principles, project management methodologies, and BI basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and JIRA.
- Basic hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Platform.
- Intermediate English level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
