TL;DR
Customer Support Agent (iGaming): Providing real-time assistance to players across chat, email, and phone for online casino and sports betting platforms with an accent on account management and technical troubleshooting. Location: Hybrid (Collingswood, NJ). Must be based in the US and able to obtain/maintain licenses from gaming regulatory agencies.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver empathetic support via live chat, email, and phone to resolve player issues.
- Assist players with account management, responsible gaming tools, and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide users through promotions, loyalty programs, and game rules.
- Investigate and escalate technical bugs, fraud risks, or account concerns.
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and Tech teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and propose process improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience (call center or helpdesk preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses from gaming regulatory agencies.
- Strong written communication, typing proficiency, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work swing (6 PM – 4 AM) or overnight (12 AM – 10 AM) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, browsers, and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in sports betting and major U.S. sports.
- Existing Active Gaming Control Board Licenses.
