What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated property portfolio.
• Utilize the company CRM to facilitate efficient portfolio management.
• Maintain high service standards across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspections.
• Negotiate deposit deductions with landlords and tenants, referring to TDS when necessary.
• Resolve issues for landlords, tenants, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Ensure all portfolio properties remain compliant with UK safety legislation and housing standards.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of UK Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with technology adoption and rapid change
• Highly resilient and proactive mindset
