What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand their workflows and success outcomes.
• Develop and execute technical success plans that drive platform adoption and reduce security risk.
• Identify and promote high-value use cases to embed the platform into daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to proactively identify and mitigate adoption gaps or retention risks.
• Lead technical mitigation planning for integration challenges and operational blockers.
• Provide technical health insights to support renewal readiness, QBRs, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Confidence engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and adoption analytics.
