TL;DR
AI Agent Engineer (AI): Building AI agents, benchmark datasets, and backend infrastructure for real-world intelligent applications with an accent on agent integration, performance evaluation, and scalable deployment. Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the business team.

What you will do
- Design and develop AI agents integrated into live systems.
- Build and maintain benchmark datasets for evaluating AI performance.
- Implement, test, and optimize backend services in Python or Golang.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, multi-agent orchestration, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
- Practical programming experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, version control, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with an AI agent framework such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenClaw, or hermes-agent.
- Interest in AI, data-driven systems, and real-world software applications.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model-based tools.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems or agent orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Machine learning knowledge.
