What you will do
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of the anti-fraud services portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
- Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achieve annual budget targets across the portfolio.
- Develop business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure consistent global implementation of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in customs valuation, customs compliance, or tax administration.
- Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable service portfolios.
- Experience leading cross-functional international teams within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and French.
