What you will do

• Lead complex engineering projects focused on qualifying manufacturing equipment and processes for new product launches.
• Serve as technical lead for film/web handling, component placement, and heat-sealing technologies.
• Establish and maintain process capability requirements using data-driven methods.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports for stakeholders.
• Support capital project planning, including budget management and vendor engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of related experience in engineering or technical project execution.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year to domestic and international production sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in lean manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience with tooling and equipment design and fabrication.
• Proficiency in CAD software and product lifecycle management tools.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and controls, including vision systems and robotics.
