Salary: £31,100–£37,000 + £2,500 multilingual premium

What you will do

• Investigate complex or high-risk anti-money laundering alerts on customer accounts.
• Recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) for filing by the bank.
• Make customer onboarding decisions for high-risk or complex cases.
• Conduct ongoing due diligence on high-risk customer accounts.
• Provide financial crime expertise and support to other operational teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) is mandatory and will be assessed.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in high-risk customer screening or complex financial crime investigations.
• Experience making independent, risk-based financial crime decisions in a regulated financial services firm.
• Knowledge of the current financial crime landscape in the UK and EU.
• Must be based in the UK (no sponsorship or relocation provided).
• Must be available to start on September 14th, 2026, and attend 6 weeks of full-time training.
