What you will do

• Write paid social ad copy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok: hooks, headlines, primary text, and scripts.
• Review growth team briefs and sharpen the copy before it goes to production.
• Contribute to copywriting frameworks and playbooks used by the growth team.
• Build AI-powered tools and workflows to make strong copy repeatable at scale.
• Use creative testing and performance data to identify what wins and improve the next round of copy.
• Expand into email marketing, SEO, and ASO copy over time.

Requirements

• Work eligibility: must be eligible to work in the US.
• Proven direct-response copywriting portfolio with results from live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns.
• Strong headline range (brand lines plus Daily Mail/TMZ-style scroll-stopping hooks).
• Hands-on AI fluency to build repeatable copy systems (not just one-off drafts).
• Ability to produce many strong copy variants quickly while maintaining quality.
• Self-direction and coachability: can execute solo from a brief and iterate fast.
