What you will do
- Write SEO-optimized reactive content responding quickly to market news and trading trends.
- Develop and refresh evergreen SEO guides to maintain accuracy and keyword competitiveness.
- Refine and polish AI-generated first drafts into accurate, publish-ready copy.
- Perform thorough fact-checking of market commentary, financial data, and product claims.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices to headlines, structure, metadata, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager to prioritize topics against live news and tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in writing and editing SEO content at volume.
- Excellent written English with strong editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills.
- Solid working knowledge of on-page SEO principles (keyword integration, headers, linking).
- Ability to produce news-led content quickly under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload against a fixed monthly capacity (approx. 8 days/month).
Nice to have
- Experience writing about trading, investing, or financial markets.
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., StoryBlok) and SEO tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
