Senior PM, International Trading (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Menlo Park, California or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT) and travel is required.

Base pay: $183,000–$215,000 USD in Zone 1; $161,000–$189,000 USD in Zone 2; $143,000–$168,000 USD in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end international trading product experiences across new geographies.
• Launch products in new regions and develop market-specific customer experiences.
• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmaps, including new products for local markets.
• Coordinate product development across design, engineering, operations, research, compliance, marketing, communications, content, and customer experience.
• Ensure product-line parity across global markets and establish a playbook for future launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct product management experience building consumer products and growth initiatives.
• Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams and working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a self-starting approach.
• Interest in financial products that improve customers' financial lives.
• Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT), attend the office at least 3 days per week, and travel.
