Salary: $183,000 - $215,000 USD (base pay range for Zone 1: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product experiences for international trading in new geographies.
• Ship new products into regions and define market-specific experiences for local customers.
• Drive the product roadmap by extending existing capabilities and defining what’s next, including entirely new local products.
• Set product vision and shared priorities by aligning product development teams and communicating progress.
• Partner across design, engineering, operations, research, communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing.
• Ensure parity of product lines across global markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts.
• Experience working on global, consumer-facing products (preferred).
• Demonstrated use of research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making.
• Experience coordinating across globally dispersed teams.
• Experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing.
• Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT) and in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.
