What you will do

• Develop and rollout organization-wide dashboard products and Program Indicator Dashboards in collaboration with MEAL teams.
• Create and improve Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate) and other low-code data platforms to support program data.
• Design and implement DataMarts, multi-dimensional cubes, and persistent tables to facilitate global analysis.
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support for measurement technology products rolled out across various countries.
• Establish technology development standards, guidelines, and comprehensive technical documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements and convert them into developer tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the technology domain developing data platforms for programs.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and supporting CommCare applications and Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Experience in public sector programming and M&E specific technology tools.
• Right to work in Kenya or the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for clear and concise communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Data Factory, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including developing macros and consolidating complex datasets.
• Experience with T-SQL, Azure SQL Server, data modeling, and warehouse development.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic.
• Direct experience implementing M&E in an international NGO context.
