What you will do

• Partner directly with defense and security customers to scope and build situational awareness and force protection solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy data pipelines, ontology models, and operator-facing applications on Palantir Foundry.
• Integrate hirify.global's real-time intelligence into customer workflows, common operating pictures, and C2 tooling.
• Debug across the full stack, including infrastructure, networking, and application layers in restricted or on-premise environments.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineers and channel operational feedback back into the product.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Hands-on expertise building on Palantir Foundry (pipelines, ontology, Compute Modules, etc.) - core requirement.
• Active NATO Secret security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Podman), orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and Linux networking fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel 25-75% and work on-site in secure customer facilities.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying software in classified, air-gapped, or restricted environments.
• Background supporting defense, intelligence, national security, or emergency-management operations.
• Familiarity with geospatial platforms like Esri/ArcGIS or command-and-control systems.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and data-rich operator applications.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
