What you will do

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, and commercial assessment.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and review transaction materials to support deal documentation.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing asset management activities.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new energy transition investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong academic record with prior experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or renewable energy consultancy.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months based in Singapore.
• Demonstrated interest in investing, renewable energy, or the broader energy transition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
