Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam): 3 days in-office, 2 days remote weekly (after 3 months in-office).

What you will do

• Build a performance engine providing total clarity on ownership and measurable result-driven KPIs.
• Redesign internal toolstacks and systems from the ground up to be AI-native, ruthlessly driving AI adoption.
• Eliminate organizational friction to maximize the primary north star metric: Profit per Employee.
• Ensure all international offices remain operational, stocked, and disruption-free during expansion.
• Manage budgets and organizational infrastructure with precision and impact.

Requirements

• Experience designing and rolling out performance frameworks (OKRs or equivalent) across an organization.
• Proven track record as an AI-native operator, connecting AI adoption directly to increased outcome per person.
• Ability to consistently identify and eliminate the primary constraints slowing down the organization.
• Strong operational execution skills in managing budgets and office environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam to support the hybrid model.
