What you will do

• Develop and structure international expansion playbooks for new market entries.
• Design the strategic concept and activation plan for a flagship international health event.
• Create repeatable go-to-market playbooks for upcoming product launches.
• Partner with the Creative Director to track OKRs and translate vision into actionable initiatives.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to inform brand positioning and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English (C1+).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to frame complex problems.
• Solid understanding of marketing and GTM fundamentals including positioning and channel strategy.
• Genuine appetite for brand and creative work with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Paris.

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience building projects, brands, or companies.
