What you will do

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Screening team to achieve performance metrics and quality targets.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to optimize tasks and screening step content.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of screening policies and procedures in compliance with cross-vertical standards.
• Monitor key metrics such as talent passing rates and activation speed to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in operational management (projects, teams, business workflows).
• Experience working as a Marketing Generalist is required.
• Must be based in Central America or South America.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.
