What you will do

• Scale high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources to hit revenue and ROI targets.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mediabuyers, setting clear KPIs and accountability.
• Build and manage commercial relationships with partners and networks to secure better margins.
• Optimize internal workflows and campaign structures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Experiment with new traffic sources, geos, and verticals through data-backed decision making.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in media buying and performance marketing.
• Proven track record of profitably managing high-spend campaigns.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team and translating strategy into execution.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Must be based in Europe (±3h CET overlap).

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency with Meta, Native, and Display traffic sources.
• Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
• Experience working with BI tools and tracking systems.
