What you will do

• Build and operate fault-tolerant, geographically distributed infrastructure across multiple data centers.
• Develop and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Provision and maintain a fleet of blockchain nodes for over 25 layer 1 protocols.
• Collaborate with Backend and SRE teams to enhance resilience through system and application metrics.
• Provide on-call support to ensure 24/7 system availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating production-grade infrastructure as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Expertise in Kubernetes and cluster management, preferably with EKS.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPCs, DNS, and load balancing.
• Proficiency in at least one development language such as Python, Go, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience running and maintaining blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience working within a crypto organization.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector.
