What you will do

• Own core internal IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack), user lifecycle, and security controls in collaboration with Security team.
• Manage Mac laptop fleet, zero-touch DEP/MDM deployments, and endpoint security compliance.
• Evaluate, challenge, and prioritize tooling requests as trusted advisor to teams.
• Automate and improve processes across TechOps and supported departments.
• Leverage AI tools daily, help team adopt them, and collaborate on AI governance with Security.
• Participate in security event responses and handle end-to-end support from helpdesk to complex issues.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin; work hybrid from Berlin/London/Tallinn or remote across Europe.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, challenging assumptions, prioritization, and proposing alternatives.
• Proven automations with Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, Make or similar.
• Active hands-on use of AI tools (LLMs, AI workflows) to improve work.
• Strong macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP).
• Prior experience with Okta, Google Workspace required; excellent communication and task management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of scripting (Golang, Python) or tech stack (Docker, k8s).
