What you will do

• Develop and maintain project and product quality plans to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and conduct audits in line with AS9101 standards to ensure business management system compliance.
• Perform in-process, final, and first article inspections to verify product specifications.
• Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and process teams to improve product yields and quality performance.
• Promote a quality-focused culture across the Cyber business unit.

Requirements

• British Citizenship with 10 years of UK residency required for DV Security Clearance.
• Proven quality engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Qualified internal auditor with experience in AS9100.
• Experience with business improvement frameworks and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent verifiable experience in business, quality, or engineering.

• IRCA-approved Lead Auditor qualification.
