What you will do

• Lead efforts to scale the adoption of priority ads products to increase advertiser engagement and revenue.
• Develop and manage programs supporting product adoption for Large Customer Sales (LCS) advertisers in the US.
• Directly pitch, onboard, and grow clients by identifying strategic product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMM, and Product teams to align on strategic goals.
• Equip sales teams with necessary training, collateral, and market insights to position ad products effectively.
• Provide a feedback loop to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing development based on advertiser gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, or operations.
• Strong background in product adoption or growth strategy within the digital advertising industry.
• Proven ability to drive program success through cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Excellent program and project management skills.
