What you will do

• Manage and maintain accurate files for pending and executed managed care contracts, including timely network updates to clients.
• Act as external negotiator with payers on behalf of healthcare facilities and individual providers, handling outreach, communication, and contracting logistics.
• Analyze contract terms and reimbursement structures, using data models and payer data to assess financial impact.
• Develop actionable recommendations and present findings directly to provider clients.
• Load and validate payer contract terms, rates, and fee schedules into client systems with accuracy and consistency.
• Track regulatory updates and support additional client projects such as payer escalations, audits, and strategic network decisions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and synthesize client-ready insights.
