Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must work in-person at the 5 Howick Place office at least three days a week

What you will do

• Own the overall deployment strategy, including phasing, sequencing, and rollout models.
• Create decision frameworks to balance standardization vs. customization approaches.
• Define configuration management, rollback, and contingency strategies for each rollout phase.
• Establish testing strategies including UAT, integration, and performance testing.
• Manage governance and decision-making processes to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Quantify resource demands and timings to inform execution planning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Readiness, defining central strategies for local execution.
• Proven delivery across large, complex, multi-division programs in matrixed, multinational environments.
• Strong change management capability and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in or close partnership with B2B sales to reduce buying friction.
• Understanding of the events business model and cyclical rhythms.
• Location: Based in London, UK (Hybrid)
