Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and support secure, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure for production and development environments.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Operate and optimize Amazon EKS Kubernetes platforms supporting containerized applications.
• Automate provisioning and deployments using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AWS security best practices including IAM, KMS, and Secrets Manager.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q to accelerate automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Strong experience building and operating Amazon EKS or Kubernetes platforms.
• Proficiency in administering Amazon Linux and Ubuntu Linux.
• Experience building machine images using HashiCorp Packer.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Must be based in Canada.
