What you will do

• Travel to client locations to troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial and residential AV systems.
• Diagnose issues with displays, projectors, control systems, audio processors, amplifiers, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Perform system testing, calibration, and configuration to ensure proper functionality.
• Read and interpret AV system schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, cabling, and connectors.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on proper system operation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in audiovisual (AV) troubleshooting, repair, and field servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV components and system performance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently at client sites.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Camp Hill, PA.
