What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and Bank risk strategy.
• Identify, assess, and control credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Establish and develop the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including policies and methodologies.
• Oversee risk appetite and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Organize and oversee ICAAP, ILAAP, and participate in the Recovery and Capital Action Plan (RCAAP).
• Manage the risk function team and interact with the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and NBU.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sector risk management.
• Strong knowledge of National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ICAAP, ILAAP, and RCAAP implementation.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent English (C1) - CV must be submitted in English.
