What you will do

• Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions and lead bank account onboarding.
• Coordinate KYC and compliance requirements with financial institutions.
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts to support liquidity management.
• Support FX transactions and monitor currency exposures.
• Administer and improve the Treasury Management System, ensuring data quality and bank connectivity.
• Support treasury-related audits and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury or a related Finance function.
• Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience managing KYC processes and banking documentation.
• Understanding of payment processes, treasury controls, and ERP-driven finance operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing treasury reports.
• Professional proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international or multi-entity business.
• Exposure to FX, short-term investments, or Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience improving treasury processes or driving automation.
• Familiarity with international banking operations.
• Ukrainian language proficiency.
