What you will do

• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior management on regulatory and legal issues.
• Own the commercial contract review and due diligence process across all clients.
• Manage the company's legal risk in local and international markets, spotting potential issues early.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents for vendor and supplier relationships.
• Provide specialist guidance on gambling laws, data privacy, IP, corporate governance, and AML.
• Manage disputes and litigation, supervising outside counsel when necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law from an accredited school.
• Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of online gambling laws and regulations.
• Legal experience in the online gambling industry, specifically covering Ontario, UK, and Curaçao regulations.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia for full-time onsite work.
