What you will do

• Provide expert legal advice to the Wholesale and Satellite businesses, identifying regulatory issues for new products and models.
• Negotiate complex customer and vendor agreements where hirify.global acts as either buyer or seller.
• Act as the legal lead on significant projects, managing all aspects of legal support.
• Deliver strategic legal guidance and briefings to senior executives for internal approvals.
• Monitor legal developments, maintain standard agreements, and deliver compliance training.
• Review and approve external communications for specific business areas.

Requirements

• Admitted as a solicitor in one or more Australian States (or equivalent overseas qualifications).
• 6+ years of post-admission legal experience.
• Expertise in competition, consumer, privacy, and intellectual property law.
• Proven commercial law experience, specifically negotiating technology-focused agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
