What you will do

• Lead end-to-end investigations into contact centre risks, breaches, and critical issues.
• Conduct root cause assessments and impact evaluations to drive remediation.
• Initiate thematic controls reviews based on risk profiles and emerging signals.
• Prepare detailed investigation findings and reports for senior leadership and regulatory audiences.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance obligations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, Privacy, and Fraud Risk Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in investigations, controls assurance, or compliance risk.
• Experience working within a complex, regulated environment.
• Proven background in managing full-cycle investigations and supervising corrective actions.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders to achieve governance outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Risk & Control management principles applicable to telecommunications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting.
