Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end business and functional analysis lifecycle for digital asset transaction flows.
• Produce detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map complex transaction lifecycles including deposit detection, address generation, and reconciliation.
• Document integration specifications for custody providers and payment infrastructure using API contracts.
• Translate compliance mandates like AML/KYT and Travel Rule into actionable functional features.
• Support Engineering and QA teams through UAT and vendor sandbox testing.

Requirements

• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in crypto or blockchain products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, stablecoins, and network fee models.
• Technical fluency in reading API documentation, webhooks, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience in regulated high-risk environments such as fintech or brokerages.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting integrations with custody providers like Fireblocks or BitGo.
• Knowledge of crypto-specific compliance frameworks such as MiCA.
• Experience mentoring other business analysts.
