Salary: $215,000 – $250,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI platform and cyber validation capabilities.
• Drive the evolution of realistic cybersecurity environments supporting AI-native security products and autonomous cyber agents.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and research findings into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, cybersecurity experts, and executive stakeholders to align priorities.
• Design platform capabilities for attack simulation, adversary behavior modeling, and AI-assisted environment generation.
• Represent product strategy with enterprise customers, industry analysts, and government organizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership delivering complex technology products.
• Proven expertise managing cybersecurity products, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or simulation technologies.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability.
• Working knowledge of threat actors, adversary behavior, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience navigating complex B2B purchasing processes and enterprise stakeholder requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM applications, autonomous agents, model evaluation, or AI development workflows.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cyber ranges, red team/blue team workflows, and security validation.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, GCIH, or PMP.
