• Lead the design and development of significant software features and projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and deep understanding of software architecture.
• Experience working in a full-stack environment.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available (including CPT/OPT).
• Effective leadership, communication, and technical influencing skills.
