What you will do

• Build and maintain curated datasets and data models for compliance controls across Transaction Monitoring, EDD/KYC, and Screening systems.
• Ensure high data quality by implementing validation checks, monitoring, lineage tracking, and documentation.
• Partner with engineering and Compliance stakeholders to close upstream data gaps and standardize instrumentation.
• Improve detection signal quality by analyzing outputs and reducing non-actionable noise.
• Execute measurement frameworks and build repeatable reporting pipelines to evaluate compliance control effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data-heavy technical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex transformations and performance tuning.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or equivalent frameworks.
• Python skills applied to automation, pipeline development, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to execute ambiguous, cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
• Must be based in the USA or LATAM.
